March 15 and 16, 2008

Place of the event :

Polyvalente Le Boisé and Pavillon Agri-Sport.

FSQ 2008 Categories :

Travel Permit :

Teams from outside the Centre du Québec region must have a valid travel permit stamped by your regional association. The trip permit must be handed to us while checking in with your team, one hour before your first game.

Deadline date for the withdrawal of a team :

After February 19rd, 2 :00 p.m., there will be no refund of registration fees.

Number of players allowed :

U-8, U-9, U-10, U-11 and U-12: 6 players (goalkeeper included)

U-13, U-14, U-16 and U-18: 5 players (goalkeeper included)

Registration :

Only registration forms together with a cheque for the full amount and received by February 19rd will be eligible. We need to have your paiement to confirm your registration. (Maximum of 100 teams accepted.)

Passports (very important) :

All of the players and coaches must present one of the following proof :

• 2007 or 2008 Passport
• Temporary Passport issued by your regional association.

Roster team :

Following the reception of your confirmation, you must complete the tournament's roster team sheet and send it back to us at our office in the following days. Your player's list may have a maximum of 16 players.

Registration on day of the tournament

After the final roster team will be left at the registration one hour before your first game, no changes will be allowed.

Tournament type :

Round-robin tournament with at least 3 games of 25 minutes each.

Ceremonial event :

All the ceremonial events will take place 15 minutes after the final. This delay will allow teams to go where the ceremony take place.

Soccer Boutique :

An equipment soccer stand will be located at the Pavillon Agri-Sport during the whole tournament.

Restaurants :

With the cooperation of the Mikes and McDonald's restaurants, coaches bringing their teams to eat will have a free meal. (see ads from those restaurants)

Laundromat :

Here is a list of laundry services located in the tournament area :
Le Lavoir : 197, Bois-Francs South, Victoriaville (in front of Restaurant Plus)
Lavoir Belvédère : 205 Notre-Dame West, Victoriaville (in front of Résidence Notre-Dame)
