Inscription:
All participating teams MUST be currently registered with a club and also with their provincial/state association.
Organisation:
Round-robin with 3 games guaranteed. Festival for U-8 categories, with 3 games on Saturday or Sunday.
Travel permit:
Teams outside the Centre du Quebec region MUST have a valid travel permit. The trip permit must be handed to us while checking in with your team, one hour before your first game.
Deadline for a team withdrawal:
Application fees will not be refunded after May 21st, at 14:00.
Procedures for the players' registration:
Following your acceptance, you MUST complete a line up sheet and bring it at registration an hour before your first game. Your players list will be limited to 18 players for the U-8 to U-10 categories and to 20 players for the U-11 to U-18 + senior categories.
On site registration:
Players' and coaches' passports and also your players list are to be presented at registration an hour before your first game. No changes will be allowed after this official registration.
Ceremonial event:
All the ceremonial events will take place 15 minutes after the final at the Pavillon Jean Béliveau. This delay will allow teams to go where the ceremony take place.
Tournament's T-shirt:
We invite you to buy the
official T-shirt of the tournament at a cost of 10$ at the Pavillon
Jean Beliveau during all the tournament. Only 400 available so hurry
up!!!

Soccer Boutique:
An equipment soccer stand will be located at the Pavillon Jean Beliveau during the whole tournament.
Restaurants:
With the cooperation of the restaurants McDonald's, coaches who will bring their teams to eat will have a free meal. (see ads from those restaurants)
Indoor pool:
The tournament in cooperation with the Centre Communautaire of Victoriaville are giving free access to the indoor pool of the Centre, located beside the main site.
The opening hours of the pool are: Saturday 2:00 p.m.-4:30 p.m. and also 7:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m.
Please note that swimming cap
is required.
Players and coaches must present their soccer passport for free access
to the pool.
Canteen:
We would like to let you know that canteen will be located near the major fields (Bellevue, EQMBO and Registration/Cegep)
Photos:
During the tournament, professionnal photographers will take photos of all teams as will as players in action. The photographer's stand will be located near the Pavillon Jean Beliveau on Sunday morning to show the pictures.
Pharmaprix:
Pharmaprix invites you to play in huge inflated games on both week ends of the tournament.
Skate Park:
A skateboard park is located just in front of the Pavillon Jean Beliveau and is available for everybody.
